Keratherm
KERATHERM® films are highly flexible products comprising thermally conductive and electrically insulating single or multi-component polymers filled with ceramic or heat-conducting materials.
The KERATHERM® film unique manufacturing process ensure that there is no entrapped air that would interfere with the heat transfer between the component and the heat sink. The material smoothes out microscopic irregularities in the contact surfaces which improves the thermal interface and therefore increases the thermal conduction.

KERATHERM® wide range of standard films materials optimises compromise between thermal, Electrical, and mechanical considerations.
Special materials available are:
Silicone free - where silicone cannot be used in the application.
Flowtherm Phase Change Material (PCM). hot-melt waxes eliminate smallest irregularities between the power module and heat sink, thereby optimising contact between the surfaces and heat transfer.
Copper - for active EMC protection, or flexible PCB applications
Ferrite - on account of its good magnetic properties, is especially suitable for electromagnetic shielding, flexible coils or other magnetic applications. All are available in standard pads required for power semiconductors, and custom shapes (our speciality). All are available with range of adhesive options. -
