A range of mini Top LED, PLCC2, PLCC2 black, PLCC2 lensed, PLCC4 , PLCC4 high power, Straddle mount PLCC2 and big Top LED is available in all wavelengths.

AXIAL
A selection of Gull wing, yoke lead & Z-Bend lead packages that offer an outstanding light ouput with a +/-10% viewing angle. A SOT 23 package is also available in single and dual chip versions.

A range 0802, 1304, 1104, 1604, straddle mount Top Led and high performance side view Top LED available in most wavelengths.

PHOTOFLASH
A comprehensive range of white dies in series or parallel configurations offered in a selection of packages from chip led, lensed SMD and thin Top LED. Voltages of 3.2V or 6.4 v, driving currents from 20 to 750mA capable of producing up to 30,000mcd.

A 806 & 1206 packages available.

IR
SMD chip LED, 0603, 0805, 1206 lensed, 1104 right angle and Top LED PLCC are offered in 800, 850, 880 and 940nm versions. A miniature COB Package IR receiver and SMD NPN photo-transistors also available.
