  • SIDE EMITTING

    A range 0802, 1304, 1104, 1604, straddle mount Top Led and high performance side view Top LED with 1700mcd @ 20mA, +/- 60 degrees is also available in binned versions.

  • HIGH POWER

    An exhaustive range of leading technology Power LEDs rated at 0.5W, 1W, 2W, 3W and 5W, reflow solderable, using patented packaging and phosphor processes unables us to claim 240lm at 1A. in cool white. Also available in pure white , natural white with life expectancy in excess of 50,000hours for 50% life degradation and Tj=90°C.

  • HIGH FLUX, SUPERFLUX & PIRANHA

    A range of flat top or lensed High-flux LEDs, available in cool white. Our High flux features 5lm Typ with a light output degradation of 50% at 75,000 hours.

  • TOP LED

    PLCC4, PLCC domed, mini Top LED, side view Top LED and black face Top LEDs are available in binned versions. A range of high performance side view Top LED with 1700mcd @ 20mA, +/- 60 degrees, is also available. Our PLCC2 package features 900mcd Typ with a light output degradation of 50% at 75,000 hours.

  • CHIP LED

    SMD packages like 603, Z-series, 805, 1608 down to 0.35mm thickness, & 3015 are available in binned versions.

  • PHOTOFLASH

    A comprehensive range of white dies in series or parallel configurations offered in a selection of packages from chip led, lensed SMD and thin Top LED. Voltages of 3.2V or 6.4 v, driving currents from 20 to 750mA capable of producing up to 30,000mcd.

  • AC100~230V

    A 8mm diameter device, SMD, Reflow solderable, 2W, 20mA,120 degree viewing angle. Available in cool white (75lm Typ @ 20mA). Supplied on a PCB in 2W, 4W & 8W versions with 100VAC, 110VAC, 220VAC and 230VAC options. This device is dimmable and available on custom PCBs. Optics will be available Q2 2007.

  • THROUGH HOLE

    3 & 5mm packages, in cool white and warm white and in viewing angles ranging from +/-5 to +/-50 degrees ,are available in binned versions. Our 5mm cool white features 13000mcd Typ @ +/-10 ° with a light output degradation of 50% at 75,000 hours.

  • REVERSE MOUNT

    806 & 1206 packages available.
